General meeting

The general meeting of the members, that takes place at least once a year, is the highest authoritative group of the EGL. The members present at the general meeting elect the board of directors, decide on the budget, the basic activities of the EGL, etc.
The general meeting is an important opportunity for members to discuss developments in the coating sector. The general meeting is part of an event.

Board of directors

The board of directors consists of up to twelve persons and elects a president and two vice presidents from among the directors.

During the board meeting held on December, 2005, the board of directors elected, according to the regulation from among the directors, Anja Rach as president and Markus Vüllers and Edward Uittenbroek as vice presidents.
